We believe you would be delighted with our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact Customer Care, we will resolve the problem quickly.
We will accept return within 15 calendar days of delivery for a refund, credit, or replacement – whichever you prefer (excluding shipping cost). Following conditions apply.
Return after 15 calendar days will be issued a store credit (excluding shipping cost). Returns after 60 calendar days will not be accepted. In case of error on our part or defective products, we will send you the prepaid return labels. For all other cases, Customer will have to arrange for return shipping.
No Returns Accepted For,
- Special Order items or Clearance items.
- Products packed in bulk packaging (Pack sizes 25 LB or more). For example, pails/drums/totes cannot be returned (unless defective/error on our part). We strongly recommend trying smaller size packs before ordering pails/drums/totes quantity.
Please contact Customer Care to process your return. Customer Care must approve all returns. Customer must ship returned items within 5 calendar days of approval from us.
